How much does Playmist cost?
We offer three tiers — Basic, Standard, and Premium — starting at $4.99/month. Visit the Plans page from your account to see current pricing in your region.
Can I watch on multiple devices?
Yes. Basic includes one concurrent stream, Standard includes two, and Premium includes four. You can register an unlimited number of devices per account.
Is 4K HDR available on my plan?
4K Ultra HD and HDR streaming are included on the Premium tier. Your device, display, and internet connection must also support 4K to see it.
Can I download titles to watch offline?
Yes. On the Playmist mobile app, tap the download icon on any supported title. Downloads are available for 30 days and expire 48 hours after you start watching.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open your Account → Subscription page and choose Cancel subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
Why is a title unavailable in my region?
Content licenses are negotiated region by region. If a title isn't available where you are, it's usually because we don't yet hold the rights there. The catalog updates every week.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
From the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password. We'll email you a secure link to reset it. If you no longer have access to that email, contact support.
Can kids use Playmist safely?
Yes. Create a Kids profile with an age rating cap and an optional PIN to restrict access. Kids profiles never show mature content or trailers.
