Welcome to Ghuri. By accessing our platform, creating an account, or streaming any content, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please review them carefully.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age, or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create a Ghuri account. Users under this age may access the service only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Subscription and Billing
Ghuri subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on your selected plan).
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds or prorated credits will be provided.
3. Acceptable Use
By using Ghuri, you agree to the following:
You will not share your account credentials with individuals outside your household.
You will not attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with DRM protections, geographic restrictions, or platform security features.
You will not download, copy, distribute, modify, or publicly display any content from Ghuri without authorization.
4. Content Availability
Ghuri’s content library is subject to change. Titles may be added or removed due to licensing agreements or other factors. We do not guarantee the continued availability of any specific content.
5. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:
You violate these Terms of Service
You engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity
Termination is required to comply with applicable laws or regulations
You may also terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Ghuri is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of the service, including but not limited to availability, reliability, or security. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ghuri is incorporated. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
